About the Role

Ripple is seeking a Manager, AI Platform Engineering to lead development of its GSmart AI platform, guide greenfield initiatives, solve customer challenges, and grow an AI engineering team.

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience, including full-stack development and AI/ML platform infrastructure.
2+ years of engineering management experience.
Strong full-stack development skills across front end, back end, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience operating AI systems in production.
Deep, current knowledge of AI and modern LLM/GenAI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Own the AI platform roadmap and end-to-end delivery.
Ensure the AI platform is measurable and dependable.
Partner with product and solution teams to address customer challenges.
Enable teams to build on the platform and own their deliverables.
Hire, mentor, and grow the AI platform engineering team.
Contribute to architecture and full-stack production code.
