About the Role

You will maintain rental properties in peak condition across multiple sites north of Atlanta. Working independently in the field, you'll perform routine and emergency repairs covering HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, prepare vacant units for new move-ins, conduct move-in and move-out inspections, and audit the quality of work completed by external vendors. You'll manage your service tasks through mobile apps and handle related field duties such as posting legal notices. This is a full-time, no on-call, no-weekend role with a company vehicle and gas card provided, involving daily travel and a mix of indoor and outdoor physical work.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and communication
• HVAC Type II Certification required, Universal Certification preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
• Employment contingent on background check
• High school diploma or GED
