Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and identify deficiencies, ambiguities, and outstanding questions
- Distinguish business requirements, design, and implementation constructs
- Follow established software patterns and development processes
- Write concise unit tests with appropriate code coverage
- Document bug reproduction steps and workarounds
- Identify gaps and deficiencies in requirements, design, development, testing, and support processes
- Deliver tested code efficiently with a low frequency of bugs
- Identify design alternatives, questions, and tradeoffs
- Perform code and design reviews to identify weaknesses in software solutions
