About the Role
You will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain accurate inventory, prepare component kits, coordinate with carriers, and keep warehouse areas organized. You will also support supply-chain planning, facility upkeep, safety practices, and shipping documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory-management experience
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Inventory or ERP-system proficiency or ability to learn
- Google Workspace proficiency
- Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers
- Maintain shipping logs and documentation
- Ship product kits
- Manage inventory through regular counts and cycle checks
- Monitor stock levels and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory records and storage
- Kit components before shipment
- Participate in supply-chain planning discussions
- Keep warehouse and workspace areas clean and organized
- Label and store materials and tools properly
- Support facility upkeep and safety practices
