About the Role

You will receive, inspect, log, store, and distribute materials for engineering and lab operations. You will maintain inventory records, coordinate shipments, operate material-handling equipment, conduct cycle counts, support engineers, and keep warehouse and lab spaces safe and organized.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or inventory control experience
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory tracking systems such as NetSuite or SAP
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Communication skills for coordination with Engineering and Operations
• Ability to lift and move materials up to approximately 50 pounds
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory tracking systems
• Lab or warehouse experience in a semiconductor or hardware environment

Responsibilities

• Pick up incoming packages and transport them to the receiving area
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials
• Record item information and check materials into inventory systems
• Verify quantities and documentation against purchase orders and packing lists
• Coordinate discrepancies with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Engineering
• Label and route materials to appropriate locations
• Prepare outbound shipments
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• Maintain inventory records and material visibility in NetSuite
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation
• Maintain safe and organized warehouse and lab spaces
• Pick, stage, and distribute inventory for engineering builds
• Transport materials between facilities
