About the Role
You will build and lead legal and regulatory capabilities, develop and implement regulatory strategy, and oversee compliance programmes. You will ensure high-quality reporting for authorities and auditors, set policies, support product development, monitor MiCAR and crypto-asset developments, and manage data-protection and data-security policies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles
- Knowledge of the Financial Market Authority and its regulations
- Ability to translate complex legal and regulatory concepts into practical actions
- Legal expertise in FinTech or financial services, consulting, or a law firm
- Ability to manage a varied workload and meet strict deadlines independently
- Experience managing financial-services licensing applications and working with supervisory authorities is preferred
- Experience with MiCAR, MiFID II, securities compliance, or payment or e-money institutions is preferred
