You'll bring structure, systems, and strategy to the day-to-day work of a fast-growing legal team, freeing up lawyers to focus on high-value work while helping the team deliver faster and smarter. You'll be hands-on with legal tooling, processes, and reporting, and you'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to scale legal infrastructure. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of legal, technology, and operations within a global fintech.
Requirements
- Legal operations or project/program management experience in a fast-paced legal, compliance or similar team
- Comfortable building workflows directly in tools like Salesforce, LawVu or similar
- Experience building out automations, AI programmes and workflow optimisations
- Strong technical fluency to speak the language of engineers, draft requirements, and test configurations
- Highly organised with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner across legal, engineering, product, and commercial teams
- Proficient in tools like Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, DocuSign, and data reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and maintain day-to-day legal tools and workflows such as LawVu, Salesforce, Jira, and Slack
- Partner with engineers and product teams to design scalable systems
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts including templates, versioning, automation, and alerts
- Integrate contract management with other business systems
- Create dashboards and track legal KPIs
- Maintain legal data integrity across platforms
- Manage external counsel relationships and track legal spend
- Oversee invoice processing and support budgeting and forecasting
- Lead key legal initiatives such as licensing applications, tool integrations, and audits
- Own timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes for legal projects
- Collaborate with the DPO to operationalise data protection processes
- Support regulatory compliance
- Identify and implement AI or automation opportunities to reduce manual effort
- Train legal and business teams on tooling and processes
- Promote self-service and adoption of scalable systems
