About the Role
You will manage the contract management platform, legal and compliance records, and projects. You will support patent and trademark applications, maintain the IP portfolio, update KYC and AML procedures, review company communications, and coordinate onboarding with Legal, Finance, and Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience managing workflow processes for at least 10 people
- Advanced experience with Google Business Suite (GSuite)
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different tasks
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Brooklyn office two days per week if located in New York City
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the contract management platform, including processing and filing
- Audit workflows and implement process improvements
- Maintain legal and compliance records and update protocols
- Coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Support patent and trademark applications with counsel and inventors
- Manage and maintain the IP portfolio
- Develop and maintain KYC and AML compliance procedures
- Review and update internal legal protocols
- Manage legal review of company communication materials
- Support account onboarding and streamline onboarding processes
- Liaise between Legal, Finance, and Operations
