About the Role
You will advise legal organizations on AI transformation strategies, measures of success, and practical next steps. You will help evolve legal-service delivery, pricing, staffing, and collaboration models. You will represent the organization in industry forums, publish guidance, and design and lead workshops and educational sessions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in legal practice, legal innovation, or transformation
- Qualified lawyer status is strongly preferred
- Practical experience using generative AI for legal transformation
- Ability to advise senior legal, innovation, and business leaders
- Experience implementing legal innovation strategies and overcoming adoption barriers
- Executive advising, facilitation, teaching, speaking, and writing skills
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on AI transformation strategies and practical next steps
- Help customers evaluate AI initiative value and measures of success
- Help legal organizations develop new collaboration models
- Help law firms and legal departments adapt service delivery, pricing, and staffing
- Advance legal AI thought leadership through industry forums, analyses, guides, and frameworks
- Build legal innovation community relationships and facilitate knowledge exchange
- Design and lead workshops and educational sessions
