About the Role
You will build relationships with Korean legal teams and guide them in incorporating AI into their daily practice. You will lead onboarding and training, support expansion and renewals, address adoption obstacles, translate legal needs into product feedback, and create Korean-market customer content.
Requirements
- Korean legal qualification or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer at a top-tier Korean or international law firm
- Fluency in Korean and English
- Executive engagement and relationship-building skills
- Presentation skills for legal and executive audiences
- Understanding of legal processes and legal-professional challenges
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with Korean law-firm and in-house legal teams
- Lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs
- Support expansion opportunities and renewal efforts with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives
- Identify and overcome obstacles to product adoption
- Translate legal-practice needs into feedback for Product and Engineering
- Create Korean-market training materials, use-case guides, and FAQ resources
