About the Role
Support the legal group with paper and electronic contract processing, document preparation, signature arrangements, contract tracking, meeting operations, internal legal inquiries, anti-social forces checks, and credit investigations.
Requirements
- Basic operating skills with Google Workspace, including Docs and Sheets
- Experience communicating at work using chat tools such as Slack or Teams
- At least one year of experience handling contract-related work at a business company
Responsibilities
- Print, bind, arrange signatures for, send, and track paper and electronic contracts
- Create contracts using established templates
- Send and track electronic contracts using tools such as CloudSign
- Digitize and file original contracts
- Coordinate schedules for board and shareholder meetings
- Prepare meeting minutes using established formats
- Provide on-site operational support for meetings
- Prepare draft responses to initial internal legal inquiries by researching similar past cases
- Conduct anti-social forces checks and credit investigations according to manuals
