About the Role
You will coordinate global onboarding, leadership, professional development, and technical training programs from planning through completion. You will manage scheduling, communications, materials, vendors, budgets, LMS operations, and regional logistics while improving workflows, using AI tools, analyzing feedback, and maintaining governance documentation.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in program or project coordination, L&D operations, HR, or a similar environment
- Organizational skills

- Written and verbal communication
- Analytical skills
- Learning Management System experience preferred
- AI tool experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant practical experience
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, leadership, professional development, and technical training programs
- Schedule programs and communicate with participants
- Prepare materials and manage venues
- Track program completion across regions
- Use the LMS to manage enrollment, rosters, reporting, and learner experience
- Manage vendors, contracts, invoices, and budgets
- Coordinate EMEA programs remotely
- Schedule speakers and manage Speaker Series logistics
- Support live, virtual, and hybrid programs
- Improve workflows and automate tasks
- Use AI tools for content curation, communications, data analysis, and workflow automation
- Manage program feedback and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain L&D governance frameworks, documentation, and reporting
