About the Role
You will own protocol-level configuration and OP Stack modifications, manage technical infrastructure partnerships, and implement onchain compliance, identity, and privacy solutions. You will oversee reliability, incidents, costs, developer documentation, partner onboarding, and technical roadmap alignment.
Requirements
- Six or more years of product or engineering experience
- Three or more years focused on blockchain infrastructure
- Understanding of EVM rollup mechanics, including sequencing, fees, proofs, withdrawals, bridges, upgrade keys, and account abstraction
- Ability to translate business and regulatory needs into technical requirements
- Experience working with Compliance, Legal, and Data Protection teams
- Knowledge of MiCA, DORA, AML/CFT, and sanctions screening
- Written and spoken English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own Vision Chain infrastructure configuration and OP Stack modifications
- Manage technical relationships with infrastructure providers
- Implement compliant onchain transaction screening, identity, and privacy solutions
- Manage reliability, incidents, and costs
- Own developer documentation and partner technical onboarding
- Coordinate technical roadmap alignment with other product leads
