About the Role

You will own the development of pre-construction schedules for new data center builds, from the earliest planning stages through contractor mobilization. You will build tiered milestone and execution schedules in Primavera P6, lead schedule risk analysis, track long-lead equipment procurement, and facilitate review sessions with leadership. You will translate design progress, permitting timelines, and procurement lead times into a defensible baseline schedule, surface risks before they hit the critical path, and ensure a validated baseline is handed off to the construction team. You will also help standardize scheduling templates and best practices across the data center portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of scheduling experience on large-scale, mission-critical, or hyperscale construction programs
  • Data center experience strongly preferred
  • Subject matter expertise in Primavera P6 and Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
  • Demonstrated field construction experience with understanding of site operations, sequencing and trade coordination
  • Strong understanding of data center or mission-critical construction sequencing
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings and specifications
  • Experience managing an owner's planning and scheduling program across multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
