About the Role
You will lead the technical architecture, development, integration, security, and reliability of Salesforce revenue systems. You will build scalable solutions, establish engineering standards, review designs and code, mentor developers, manage releases, resolve production incidents, and translate business needs into durable technical solutions.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, access controls, automation, governor limits, performance optimization, and deployment architecture
- Experience designing and troubleshooting REST and SOAP integrations
- Experience with middleware, enterprise application integrations, and data synchronization
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Salesforce release management, automated testing, and deployment validation
- Experience leading technical design, architecture reviews, code reviews, and engineering standards
- Production support, debugging, incident management, and root-cause analysis experience
- Experience mentoring developers and influencing technical decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce solution architecture and delivery across revenue workflows
- Design scalable data models, automation, custom development, integrations, security, and reporting
- Develop and maintain Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, SOSL, and APIs
- Determine whether requirements need configuration or custom development
- Build reusable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce components and frameworks
- Design and support REST, SOAP, middleware, platform API, and event-driven integrations
- Establish data synchronization, monitoring, alerting, and error-handling patterns
- Troubleshoot integration, synchronization, API, and platform issues
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, estimation, planning, and delivery
- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews
- Define engineering standards for testing, security, documentation, version control, and releases
- Mentor Salesforce developers and administrators
- Maintain sandbox strategies and support CI/CD deployment practices
- Lead deployment planning, validation, rollback planning, and production-readiness reviews
- Investigate production incidents and implement durable root-cause solutions
- Maintain operational runbooks and technical documentation
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Contribute to revenue-systems architecture and technical strategy
