About the Role
You will own end-to-end design for AI-powered conservation and Earth-observation products. You will conduct research, translate complex concepts into intuitive interfaces, create systems and patterns, prototype solutions, and refine products based on user feedback.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional product design experience focused on web applications and software products
- Bachelor's degree
- Expertise in usability, user research, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and design systems
- Experience designing data-intensive applications
- Experience taking products from problem framing through launch and iteration
- Experience using modern AI tooling, including agentic workflows
- Portfolio with at least one software interface design project
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design
- Conduct user research and translate findings into product decisions
- Design data-intensive interfaces, including dashboards, charts, tables, filtering, and query workflows
- Create design systems, patterns, components, and tooling
- Develop prototypes and contribute to product delivery
- Make machine-learning concepts understandable for non-experts
- Travel occasionally to meet users internationally
