About the Role

You will develop scalable and resilient software, improve CI/CD and container platforms, define roadmaps, apply design and testing practices, support production systems, and lead technical projects using Agile methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or comparable practical experience.
• 8–10+ years of software development experience using Java, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Experience with Spring, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, React, or Python.
• Experience with test-driven and Agile engineering practices.
• Experience with relational databases, non-relational data storage, distributed data platforms, caching platforms, and event streaming or messaging.
• Experience leading software projects or development teams.
• Exposure to APIs, microservices, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, algorithms, or artificial intelligence products and research environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to define product roadmaps and delivery priorities.
• Evolve CI/CD pipelines, build systems, package management, container orchestration, and container packaging.
• Support operations through testing, code reviews, resilience practices, and level-two production support.
• Deliver highly available, concurrent, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Design solutions for complex engineering problems.
• Apply design-focused, test-driven software engineering practices.
• Lead projects by managing priorities, deadlines, deliverables, and technical decisions.
• Promote an inclusive and collaborative engineering culture.
