About the Role
You will deliver complex end-to-end software solutions across components and teams. You will assess technical approaches, lead refactors and system upgrades, document architectures, manage technical risks, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers. You will build scalable APIs, services, data models, and customer-facing applications while improving code quality and reliability.
Requirements
- Experience in backend engineering, including scalable APIs, service design, and database modeling
- Expertise in relational and non-relational database design and performance optimization
- Knowledge of object-oriented design, algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis
- Experience designing and deploying production systems using AWS services
- Track record of enabling engineering teams and business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Deliver complex end-to-end solutions across multiple components and teams

- Lead large-scale refactors and system upgrades
- Estimate scope and proactively manage technical risks
- Document system structures and processes for cross-team understanding
