About the Role
You will engineer, configure, integrate, and improve Customer Identity and Access Management solutions. You will implement identity federation, SSO, MFA, OAuth2/OIDC, and adaptive authentication, support digital channel integrations, conduct security reviews, improve deployment processes, and provide technical guidance and documentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of microservice implementation experience using Java/J2EE, Spring, Gradle, NodeJS, RESTful APIs, Cloud SQL, and Kafka
- 5+ years of experience with ForgeRock and Ping CIAM platforms
- 5 years of experience automating deployments and using CI/CD tools
- Understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP
- IAM solution design and implementation experience in AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Experience with identity federation, SSO, MFA, and adaptive authentication
- Terraform and CI/CD pipeline proficiency
- Cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance knowledge
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Technical documentation skills
- Experience working in a matrix organization
Responsibilities
- Engineer, configure, and integrate CIAM solutions
- Implement, maintain, and improve CIAM capabilities and services
- Design CIAM frameworks aligned with security and regulatory requirements
- Develop best practices for identity federation, SSO, MFA, OAuth2/OIDC, and adaptive authentication
- Support digital channel onboarding and integrations
- Perform risk assessments and technical security reviews
- Improve deployment processes, onboarding workflows, and implementation guidelines
- Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and operations teams
- Provide technical guidance and documentation to engineering teams
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, configuration guides, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures
