About the Role
You will design systems for issue intake, triage, escalation, classification, and prioritization. You will build automation pipelines, internal tools, dashboards, and reporting systems. You will translate fleet issues into technical problems, establish root-cause analysis practices, and drive long-term hardware, software, and autonomy improvements.
Requirements
- Have 7+ years of relevant technical or program management experience
- Have 3+ years of people management experience
- Work with complex robotics, autonomous, distributed, or hardware-software systems
- Build operational tools, systems, or workflow infrastructure
- Program in Python
- Use data pipelines and telemetry systems
- Use monitoring, alerting, and logging infrastructure
- Design scalable classification and workflow automation systems
- Use Jira, Zendesk, SQL, Looker, Foxglove, or similar platforms
- Define metrics, taxonomies, and performance frameworks
Responsibilities
