About the Role

You will lead design for web experiences and user journeys, evolve scalable design systems, refine site architecture and navigation, and collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, UX teams, and external agencies. You will support testing and continuously optimize site experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of web or digital product design experience
  • Strong web-design and systems-thinking portfolio
  • Design-system, component-library, and scalable-framework experience
  • Visual design expertise in typography, layout, color, and hierarchy
  • Responsive design, UX, and web-standards knowledge
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams
  • Experience with complex multi-page websites or platforms
  • Fintech, B2B, or complex-product experience
  • Familiarity with Storybook, design tokens, or system-driven development
  • CRO, A/B testing, and data-informed design experience
  • Motion design, interaction design, or web-storytelling experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead design for web experiences, product pages, and user journeys
  • Evolve the design system, tokens, components, and CMS modules
  • Partner with engineering on production-ready implementations
  • Define site architecture, navigation, and user-experience frameworks
  • Collaborate with brand teams on digital aesthetics
  • Balance storytelling with usability, accessibility, and performance
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, UX teams, agencies, and partners
  • Support UX testing, A/B testing, and optimization
  • Establish workflows that improve web-team speed, quality, and consistency
