About the Role

You will define platform success metrics, analyze product and usage data, and develop measurement frameworks and reporting. You will use experiments, causal inference, statistical models, and simulations to evaluate changes, investigate anomalies, and recommend priorities. You will communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders while improving analytics practices and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Expertise in experimental design, causal inference, statistical modeling, and A/B testing
• Experience partnering with Product or Engineering teams on API or developer-facing products
• Written communication and presentation skills
• 6+ years of data science or analytics experience
• Experience with AI/ML products, large language models, or developer tools

Responsibilities

• Define key metrics, measurement frameworks, and core reporting for platform success
• Analyze product and usage data to identify insights, opportunities, and roadmap recommendations
• Develop hypotheses and apply causal inference methods, controlled experiments, and synthetic controls
• Investigate anomalies and conduct root-cause analyses
• Build statistical models, optimization frameworks, and simulations
• Present analyses and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Establish data practices and scale analytics infrastructure
