About the Role
You will own the analytics data layer and operate a ClickHouse-backed warehouse for operational, business, and autonomy-reliability metrics. You will define metrics with operational, product, engineering, and finance stakeholders; build React and Grafana dashboards and self-service tools; and establish data quality, validation, lineage, documentation, and data contracts.
Requirements
- 7+ years building production data systems
- Experience with data modeling and analytics delivery
- Experience shipping React analytics interfaces or dashboards
- Deep SQL fluency
- Experience modeling time-series and event data
- Strong Python skills
- Working knowledge of a systems language such as Go, Rust, TypeScript, or C++
- Experience collaborating with data-ingestion teams
- Familiarity with semantic layers
- Experience turning raw telemetry into reliable analytics
- Experience ensuring data quality
Responsibilities
- Design and operate the ClickHouse-backed analytics warehouse
- Define trustworthy operational, business, and autonomy-reliability metrics
- Build customer-facing React dashboards
- Build Grafana boards, React dashboards, and self-service tools for internal users
- Establish data quality, validation, lineage, and documentation
- Share ownership of data contracts with platform and cloud software functions
