About the Role

You will report directly to the Creative Director and play a key role in defining, differentiating, and scaling the M0 identity across web, campaigns, print, and digital experiences. You will translate complex technical products and services into strategically compelling and emotionally resonant visual work.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of progressive design experience in fast-paced environments.
• A robust portfolio of 360-degree work across campaigns and platforms.
• Proficiency in web design implementation and hosting platforms such as Framer and Webflow.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep familiarity with Web3, stablecoins, and the broader crypto ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve M0's visual identity.
• Expand the brand's art direction and design system with strategic consistency.
• Execute thoughtful design work on tight timelines.
• Concept and execute campaign work with the Creative Director.
• Create adaptive toolkits for routine self-service content.
• Produce sales and developer materials such as one-sheeters, diagrams, event banners, and slide decks.
• Leverage AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketing, product, business development, and external agencies.
• Stay current on creative, advertising, industry, culture, and emerging technology trends.
