About the Role
You will own the UI/UX vision for web and mobile products from discovery through delivery. You will design mobile application experiences, payment flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, scalable design systems, graphics, presentations, social media visuals, and infographics. You will conduct usability reviews and iterate designs using user feedback and product analytics while aligning work with business and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX and product design
- Strong portfolio of shipped digital products
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems
- Strong working experience with Canva
- Experience designing mobile applications for iOS and/or Android
- Understanding of mobile UX patterns
- Experience with payment flows, financial products, or transaction-heavy interfaces
- Strong foundation in UX research, usability principles, and interaction design
- Ability to articulate and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders
- Experience with crypto, DeFi, stablecoin, or RWA platforms preferred
- Familiarity with KYC/AML onboarding flows preferred
- Motion design or micro-interaction skills preferred
- User research or data-informed design iteration preferred
Responsibilities
- Own the UI/UX vision for web and mobile products from discovery to delivery
- Design and optimize end-to-end user journeys focused on mobile app flows and payment experiences
- Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Lead design for iOS and Android mobile applications
- Apply platform-native UX patterns and accessibility standards
- Design onboarding, KYC, fund transfer, stablecoin transaction, and portfolio dashboard flows
- Establish and maintain a scalable component-based design system across platforms
- Create graphics for campaigns, presentations, social media, in-app visuals, and infographics using Figma and Canva
- Align design with business and regulatory requirements
- Conduct usability reviews and iterate based on user feedback and product analytics
