About the Role
You will support the daily operations of the Launchpad program. You will build relationships with researchers and startup teams, source and onboard ventures, prepare selection materials, track program metrics, coordinate founder events, and develop LLM-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience with project ownership and impactful results.
- Experience using LLMs for prompting, tool chaining, and light automation.
- Exposure to venture capital, high technology, or startup ecosystems.
- Knowledge of AI, frontier technologies, and research.
- People evaluation and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with the research community.
- Source, recruit, and onboard new Launchpad companies.
- Draft selection memos and prepare founder pitches.
- Identify operational friction and build LLM-powered workflows or tools.
- Track venture creation, Launchpad signings, and funds raised.
- Coordinate founder social events and logistics.
- Propose solutions based on founder feedback.
