About the Role
You will transcribe Kazakh and Russian speech recordings, organize text, proofread transcripts, and perform quality checks. You will follow annotation standards, support speech-data review and language-processing tasks, complete daily workloads, and maintain accurate, consistent deliverables.
Requirements
- Native Kazakh speaker; candidates who have lived in Kazakhstan long term are preferred
- Proficiency in Russian, including the ability to understand and identify everyday speech
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with office software
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time
- Speech transcription, data annotation, or language-processing experience is preferred
- Students or candidates able to provide stable internship availability are preferred
- Experience with transcription, subtitling, or text proofreading is a plus
- Background in AI data annotation, linguistics, or translation is a plus
- Familiarity with different Kazakh and Russian accents is preferred
