About the Role
You will support KYC onboarding end-to-end, working alongside senior specialists to manage the verification lifecycle, collect documents, perform identity checks, and flag initial risk. You will process verification flows in SumSub, review auto-decision outputs, and manage manual review queues. You will learn blockchain analytics tooling such as Elliptic to screen wallets and flag exposure. Maintain customer monitoring and audit-ready documentation, handle inbound customer queries on document requirements and verification status, escalate complex cases, and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering to surface process feedback and keep up with UK and EU regulatory developments.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in KYC, compliance, onboarding, or financial crime operations
- Experience ideally within fintech, payments, or crypto (strong early-career candidates considered)
- Genuine curiosity about cryptocurrency
- Detail-oriented and compliance-minded
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable asking questions and escalating when needed
- Organised and able to work under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
