About the Role
You will support fixed-asset management by tracking and capitalizing projects, reconciling accounting records, and maintaining the integrity of the Powerplan Fixed Assets module. You will execute audit and CSA requests, process project transfers and cancellations, run indirect-expense and settlement processes, prepare working papers and journal entries, and deliver reports and analyses to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Advanced university studies in public accounting or a related field, with more than 50% of coursework completed
- At least one year of similar experience
- Intermediate or advanced English
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- SAP knowledge is desirable
Responsibilities
- Execute fixed-asset capitalization processes
- Execute CSA and internal and external audit requests
- Reconcile accounting accounts and prepare financial reporting information
- Process project transfers and cancellations
- Run indirect-expense and settlement processes
- Prepare working papers
- Determine and enter journal entries
- Generate reports for other areas
