About the Role

You will design and develop high-performance Java backend systems. You will build microservices, event-driven services, and data integration pipelines; optimize Redis-based data stores; lead design and code reviews; and improve code quality, testing, automation, and performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Java and object-oriented design experience
• Knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, and enterprise integration patterns
• Expertise in SQL Server, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and data modeling
• Experience with Redis caching or data persistence
• Exposure to distributed event streaming and messaging platforms
• Familiarity with Snowflake and data pipeline concepts
• Experience with agentic coding and understanding of LLMs

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
• Lead design discussions, code reviews, and architecture sessions
• Build and maintain microservices and event-driven systems for large-scale financial data
• Develop data integration and pipeline components across Snowflake, SQL Server, and streaming platforms
• Implement and optimize Redis-based caching and data stores
• Champion code quality, testing, automation, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical solutions with product goals
