About the Role
You will own integrations from connector design through production deployment, monitoring, debugging, and incident resolution. You will build resilient ingestion pipelines for enterprise systems, improve observability and tooling, and work with product and customer stakeholders to deliver high-value integrations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience building backend services and APIs
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs
- Knowledge of OAuth, webhooks, rate limiting, and pagination
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
- Experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, or Elasticsearch
- Experience owning systems in production and participating in on-call
- Strong debugging and technical communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build connectors and ingestion pipelines for enterprise data sources
- Design and operate pipelines that handle scale, failures, and edge cases
- Debug issues across APIs, authentication systems, and data formats
- Own monitoring, alerting, on-call, and incident response
- Improve internal tooling and observability
- Partner with product and customer teams to scope and ship integrations
- Design and ship agents that make enterprise data accessible and actionable
