About the Role

You will start your career in IT with hands-on experience in the technology landscape of an innovative FinTech company. You'll learn how to plan, set up and operate IT systems, and support colleagues with technical questions. You'll work with modern technologies and actively contribute to the development of the company's IT infrastructure, gaining exposure to cloud, security and network technologies along the way.

Requirements

  • A good school-leaving qualification
  • Interest in IT systems, networks and technical topics
  • Initial experience with hardware and software and basic IT topics is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German skills
  • Good English skills
  • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
  • Enjoyment of solving technical problems and learning new technologies
  • Teamwork, reliability and initiative
  • Motivation to learn new things and take on responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Support the setup, administration and maintenance of IT systems and networks
  • Install and configure hardware and software
  • Analyze and resolve technical faults and support requests
  • Support employees with IT-related questions
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects
  • Monitor, secure and document systems, processes and IT infrastructure
  • Learn modern cloud, security and network technologies
  • Help optimize and further develop internal IT processes
  • Support the administration of user accounts, access rights and end devices
