About the Role

You will provide hands-on and ticketed technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. You will set up, configure, and maintain laptops, printers, mobile devices, and MDM enrollments. You will manage user accounts and permissions in Okta and Gmail, perform app access reviews, maintain the asset inventory, administer Neat video conferencing, troubleshoot Meraki network connectivity, create and maintain IT documentation in Notion, deliver user training, assist with procurement and invoicing, and support IT projects such as migrations and upgrades across Buenos Aires, LATAM, and San Francisco.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an IT support role
  • Proficiency in Windows and MacOS operating systems
  • Experience with network protocols, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with MDM solutions (Kandji, Jamf Pro, Intune)
  • Understanding of Apple Device Enrollment and Apple Business Manager
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for events in LATAM

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Provide hands-on and ticketed user support
  • Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Manage MDM solutions such as Kandji, Jamf Pro, and Intune
  • Manage device enrollment using Apple Device Enrollment and Apple Business Manager
  • Support offices in Buenos Aires, LATAM, and San Francisco
  • Maintain asset inventory using the asset management system
  • Process hardware purchases and handle invoice collection
  • Administer Neat video conferencing systems
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Okta and Gmail
  • Perform routine application access reviews
  • Troubleshoot onsite network connectivity and Meraki cloud network issues
  • Provide user training and create documentation in Notion
  • Support IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations
  • Manage IT tickets using Jira and other ITSM tools
