About the Role

You will provide technical support across hardware, software, networks, accounts, devices, and SaaS platforms. You will support access workflows, document processes, identify automation opportunities, improve endpoint systems, and participate in an urgent-issue on-call rotation.

Requirements

IT support experience
macOS endpoint support experience
ChromeOS, iOS, and Android support knowledge
Google Workspace administration experience
Slack administration experience
SaaS administration experience
SSO, MFA, and directory services knowledge
MDM and endpoint management knowledge
Bash or Python scripting
Troubleshooting

Responsibilities

Triage and resolve hardware, software, network, and account issues
Diagnose issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and SaaS platforms
Troubleshoot device enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement
Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows
Handle escalations requiring cross-team coordination
Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent issues
Provide hands-on support for user technology, AV systems, conference rooms, and printers
Write and maintain runbooks, guides, and knowledge base articles
Identify recurring issues and automation opportunities
Improve device management, identity, and access systems
Write Bash and Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks
