About the Role
You will provide second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues. You will resolve complex incidents, administer user access, deploy and maintain devices and applications, monitor systems, document tickets, support IT projects, mentor Level 1 technicians, and provide onboarding and offboarding support.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of IT, helpdesk, or related technical experience
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise software
- Proficiency troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic Windows Server and Linux administration
- Experience with IT service management and ticketing tools
- Ability to work onsite with occasional on-call or after-hours support
Responsibilities
- Provide second-line technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory
- Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware and software applications
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, patches, updates, and basic server administration
- Document ticket resolutions and escalate unresolved issues
- Maintain knowledge-base articles and self-service wikis
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and technology rollouts
- Train and mentor Level 1 technicians
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data-protection protocols
- Provide new-hire onboarding and offboarding support
