About the Role

You will serve as the final escalation point for complex hardware, software, and network issues. You will administer enterprise systems, own onboarding and offboarding workflows, lead IT projects, improve security and asset processes, troubleshoot infrastructure, and mentor junior technicians.

Requirements

  • College diploma or degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
  • 5 to 8 years of IT support experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Intune
  • Advanced Entra ID administration
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 administration
  • Exchange SharePoint Teams and Slack administration
  • Jira and Confluence
  • Microsoft Defender
  • Apple Business Manager
  • pfSense
  • 3CX
  • Tailscale or comparable VPN administration
  • Advanced Active Directory user management
  • Group policy design
  • Permissions structuring
  • LAN/WAN TCP/IP DNS and firewall configuration
  • Office 365 support
  • End-to-end project management
  • CompTIA Security+ preferred
  • Azure Administrator or Security Operations Analyst certification preferred
  • CCNA or equivalent preferred
  • Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex hardware software and network issues
  • Diagnose root causes and implement permanent fixes
  • Own high-priority tickets
  • Support advanced Office 365 configurations
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding automation projects
  • Design and document IT processes and standards
  • Support architecture tooling and vendor decisions
  • Drive support-function automation
  • Manage provisioning and deprovisioning workflows
  • Administer Intune Entra ID Exchange SharePoint Teams and Slack
  • Review security logs and compliance measures
  • Lead patch management and vulnerability remediation planning
  • Audit IT asset inventories
  • Configure and maintain network resources
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN TCP/IP DNS and firewall issues
  • Train and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians
  • Maintain technical documentation
