About the Role
You manage the distribution and return of IT assets while supporting the employee IT HelpDesk. You prepare equipment and install operating systems for new hires, recover equipment from departing employees, maintain inventory records, and troubleshoot issues for employees.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in an IT-related role
- Intermediate or higher knowledge of hardware and software
- Experience operating a HelpDesk
- Ability to use basic MS Office and Excel functions
- Basic network and server knowledge is preferred
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Slack is preferred
- Experience managing and disposing of IT assets is preferred
- Experience conducting quarterly asset inspections is preferred
- Relevant PC maintenance or networking certifications are preferred
