About the Role
You will manage day-to-day IT operations for the Tbilisi office. You will procure hardware, software, and licenses; set up and remove employee accounts and devices; maintain IT assets; provide first-line support; and work with Security to ensure processes meet banking standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in IT operations, IT support, or a similar role.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience with hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with user account and access management.
- Ability to manage several requests at once.
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of hardware, software, and licenses in line with budgets and internal policies.
- Set up and offboard user accounts, access rights, and devices.
- Set up, troubleshoot, repair, and track office hardware.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and licenses.
- Provide first-line IT support and escalate issues to vendors when needed.
- Ensure IT processes follow banking standards with Security and other teams.
