About the Role
You will maintain reliable office internet connectivity and support employees internal partners and external providers. You will troubleshoot network and telephony issues manage hardware and permissions support onboarding handle tickets coordinate integrations and vendors and document IT processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT computer science engineering telecommunications or an equivalent field
- At least 2 years of IT or network support desk experience
- Proficiency in French and good command of English
- Knowledge of networks and SaaS tools
- Experience using Google Workspace
- Flexibility to work weekends or statutory holidays when required
- Understanding of SMS and VOIP or SIP systems is advantageous
- Strong organization and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Manage office internet access and supplier relationships
- Assist with new system and network setup
- Participate in on-call ticket management and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot network connections and telephony platform logs
- Support employee onboarding with hardware software and IT practices
- Manage employee permissions and hardware
- Provide user support for software and hardware issues
- Handle IT support inquiries and complaints
- Support system integration tasks with external partners
- Write basic SQL queries for reports and troubleshooting
- Process telecom invoices and manage the SIM fleet
- Prepare daily issue reports
- Complete technical tasks for IT projects
- Reconcile SIP bills monthly
- Support local server installations
- Provide user training on IT standards and processes
- Document and improve IT procedures
