About the Role
You will lead corporate IT operations across endpoints, networks, identity, and security. You will manage device lifecycle and access controls, improve cyber defences, oversee vendors and connectivity, enforce security policies and recovery procedures, and report IT and security risks and performance.
Requirements

- Identity and access management expertise
- Endpoint management expertise
- Corporate networking expertise
- Cybersecurity operations expertise, including EDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, and incident response
- Experience defining and enforcing standards and processes
- Vendor and stakeholder management capability
- Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own corporate IT operations across endpoints, networks, identity, and security
- Lead end-user computing, device lifecycle, MDM, SSO, MFA, and access provisioning
- Implement and improve vulnerability management, EDR, SIEM, and incident response
- Manage infrastructure vendors, patching, and contract governance
- Maintain secure connectivity for offices, labs, and remote users
- Define and enforce IT and security standards, policies, and backup and recovery procedures
- Monitor and report IT and security health, risks, incidents, and KPIs
