About the Role
You will build, support, and monitor corporate-service applications. You will maintain custom iPaaS applications that automate workstreams, manage authentication and collaboration services, document procedures, develop IT policies, and lead incident responses.
Responsibilities
- Build, support, and monitor applications in the Corporate Services application portfolio
- Build and maintain custom applications in the iPaaS platform to automate workstreams
- Manage authentication, collaboration, and iPaaS services
- Develop IT engineering best practices and policies
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures
- Respond to and lead IT incident responses
