About the Role
Manage compliance-related projects and systems, ensure IT projects align with compliance requirements, support transaction monitoring and audits, analyze data, lead automation initiatives, coordinate with business units, and conduct IT compliance testing.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance systems within banking or financial services
- Strong familiarity with compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and present data
- Experience in people management
- Four-year degree in business, accounting, law, or a related field
- Team-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Passion for payments and cryptocurrency industries
- Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Manage project management for compliance-related matters globally
- Manage, develop, implement, and maintain compliance systems
- Ensure IT projects align with compliance requirements
- Assist in creating and enhancing transaction monitoring alerts
- Perform compliance-related data analysis and prepare recommendations
- Support internal and external audits and ad hoc IT compliance information requests
- Lead automation initiatives to improve and streamline compliance operations
- Coordinate with other business units on compliance matters
- Ensure IT operations processes comply with current regulations
- Conduct IT compliance testing
