About the Role

You will own the fraud stack across campaigns the credit card program and fund flows. You will monitor transactions in real time hunt emerging threats develop behavioral signals and scoring logic build internal tools and define scalable fraud strategies. You will also communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to reduce fraud risks.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong interest in scam tactics anomalous patterns and fraud detection
  • Find hidden signals in noisy transaction and behavioral data
  • Take ownership and drive results in ambiguous fast-moving environments
  • Experience in fintech neobanks or issuer processors is a plus
  • Exposure to web3 crypto or consumer fraud patterns is a plus
  • Experience building or scaling early-stage fraud operations teams is a plus
  • Knowledge of card and payment fraud mechanics is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own real-time fraud monitoring alerting and automated mitigation systems
  • Hunt emerging threats including cashback farming card testing merchant abuse friendly fraud money laundering and malicious ecosystem behavior
  • Develop and tune fraud rules behavioral signals and scoring logic
  • Build internal tools dashboards and scripts
  • Define scalable fraud strategies and operational playbooks
  • Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders and external business partners
