About the Role
You will provide day-to-day IT support, manage the company Mac fleet, and administer identity and access tooling. You will help deploy and refine Jamf and Okta, automate recurring requests, maintain documentation, and contribute to IT security projects with a least-privilege mindset.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in an IT administrator or similar role.
- Experience managing a Mac fleet.
- Experience with Jamf and/or Okta.
- Knowledge of least privilege, device compliance, and data protection.
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Professional English fluency at C1 level or higher.
- Based in Europe, ideally Paris.
Responsibilities
- Handle help desk requests and resolve device and access issues.
- Provision, configure, maintain, patch, and retire company Macs through Jamf.
- Support Jamf and Okta rollouts, including user onboarding and configuration refinement.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, application access, and permissions in Okta.
- Automate recurring help desk requests through self-service and documentation.
- Contribute to IT security projects and apply security practices to system changes.
- Build and maintain internal IT documentation and processes.
