About the Role
You will receive, store, issue, pick, kit, verify, and track high-value materials and equipment for data-center construction and operations. You will maintain inventory accuracy and traceability, perform cycle counts, follow handling procedures, organize inventory areas, and support just-in-time delivery to internal customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ years of inventory control experience
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. unassisted and perform frequent physical activity
- Availability for a 12.5-hour day or night shift
- Availability for nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
- Comfort working in warehouse or data-center environments with varying temperatures and noise
Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and issue materials, parts, and hardware
- Store materials in designated locations and accurately identify parts and locations
- Maintain material-handling practices for high-value and sensitive equipment
- Pick and kit materials and verify item availability
- Verify received materials against paperwork for damage, part numbers, quantities, and revisions
- Issue materials against approved paperwork and maintain lot and serial traceability
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow procedures, work instructions, and standard operating documents
- Manage schedule priorities and execute work independently
- Maintain inventory and staging areas
- Support staging and just-in-time delivery to internal customers
