About the Role
You will lead internal communications for a Core Tech portfolio, advise executives, translate technical work into clear narratives, anticipate communications needs, and deliver effective internal forums, announcements, and information strategies.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of communications or adjacent experience
- Exceptional writing and technical storytelling ability
- Experience advising senior leaders
- Ability to work credibly with engineers and security practitioners
- Experience connecting team updates to organizational strategy
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Own internal communications strategy for a Core Tech portfolio
- Advise executives and draft communications in their voice
- Translate technical work into clear employee narratives
- Anticipate communications needs for launches, incidents, organizational changes, and external attention
- Design strategies that increase signal and reduce noise
- Plan and execute all-hands meetings and AMAs
- Handle sensitive security-related communications with sound judgment
- Coordinate accurate updates across communication channels and live forums
