About the Role

You will lead internal communications across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance cycles, benefits, policy changes, and People-led programs. You will build manager toolkits, support regional communications, plan change communications, develop leadership messaging, and measure how communications perform.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in internal or employee communications
  • Experience partnering with People or HR teams
  • Writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders
  • Experience communicating across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones
  • Experience building manager enablement or cascade communications
  • Project management skills
  • Experience in a technology, high-growth, or global business

Responsibilities

  • Own global employee lifecycle communications
  • Partner with the People team on communications programs
  • Build manager communication toolkits, talking points, FAQ packs, and briefing materials
  • Design onboarding communications
  • Develop culture, values, storytelling, and recognition communications
  • Lead internal communications for the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific
  • Build relationships with regional office leads, site leadership, and People partners
  • Plan and deliver people-related and regional change communications
  • Create messaging frameworks and toolkits for leaders and managers
  • Contribute to all-hands, company updates, newsletters, and intranet communications
  • Draft messaging for senior leaders
  • Track communications performance and contribute to employee listening
