About the Role
You will refine executive communications strategy, create content for speaking opportunities and social media, lead communications forums, manage a small team, and coordinate executive storytelling, rapid response, and crisis communications.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of executive communications experience
- 3+ years of people-management experience
- Pre-IPO communications experience
- Policy and regulatory communications experience
- Exceptional writing ability
- Communications business-partner experience with senior leaders
- Project management skills
Responsibilities
- Refine executive communications strategy
- Develop corporate communications strategies
- Drive content for speaking opportunities, op-eds, podcasts, and executive social media
- Manage a team of two and an external vendor
- Develop rapid-response communications for executives
- Oversee executive speaking engagements, conferences, customer events, and leadership gatherings
- Lead cross-functional executive storytelling initiatives
- Use audience research and data to inform communications
- Support crisis and issues communications
- Ensure consistent executive messaging across touchpoints
