About the Role

You will operate and improve internal communication channels, including the intranet, Slack, company email, and newsletters. You will establish intake and editorial processes, deliver change communications, maintain standards and calendars, measure performance, and create company-wide communication assets.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in internal or employee communications
  • Experience owning internal communication channels, including intranet, Slack or equivalent, and company-wide email
  • Experience building communications processes, standards, governance, or editorial calendars
  • Writing and editing skills
  • Experience executing communications for organizational, systems, or policy change
  • Project management skills
  • Experience in a technology, high-growth, or global business

Responsibilities

  • Own internal communication channels, including the intranet, Slack, company email, and newsletters
  • Improve intranet content calendars, publishing, taxonomy, search quality, and accuracy
  • Own Slack governance and channel architecture
  • Set email templates, distribution-list hygiene, and send-time standards
  • Write and produce company newsletters and company-wide updates
  • Build communications intake, governance, and editorial processes
  • Triage communications requests
  • Maintain the editorial calendar for announcements, launches, policy changes, and events
  • Deliver change and business communications across channels and audiences
  • Produce announcements, FAQs, intranet pages, and manager notes
  • Report on channel reach, engagement, intake volume, and request patterns
  • Support all-hands and company-wide gatherings
