About FINEXITY AG

FINEXITY AG is a digital-assets company operating an in-house OTC marketplace infrastructure for tokenized private-market investments. Its platform connects issuers of tokenized securities with trading partners and registered investors, offering investments across private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, and collectibles. FINEXITY provides issuers with advisory, tokenization, listing, primary distribution, asset servicing, and secondary-market capabilities; it also provides banks, wealth managers, and financial distributors with white-label marketplace solutions including onboarding, KYC/AML checks, wallets, dashboards, and transaction processing. The platform uses smart contracts and a private permissioned Ethereum blockchain for its security-token infrastructure.
